このたび当事務所は、相続サポートを行う一般社団法人との間で、顧問契約を締結いたしました。

We Have Concluded an Advisory Contract with a General Incorporated Association Providing Inheritance Support
We are pleased to announce that our firm has entered into an advisory (retainer) contract with a general incorporated association providing inheritance support.
Under this contract, we will support the association’s activities across a broad range of areas, including day-to-day legal consultations, contract review, all aspects of inheritance-related legal work, the preparation of various legal documents, and dispute resolution.
Support Drawing on Extensive Experience in Inheritance Matters
Our representative attorney has extensive practical experience across a wide range of inheritance matters, including estate division, wills (holographic and notarized), will execution, statutory reserved portions, renunciation of inheritance, inheritance registration, family trusts, and voluntary guardianship and asset management. Since 2021, he has also devoted himself to legal support for the elderly, including ongoing legal lectures at senior facilities.
Drawing on this specialized knowledge of inheritance law, we provide practical support so that organizations engaged in inheritance support can deliver reassurance and trust to those they serve.
