弁護士報酬のご案内
当事務所の弁護士報酬規程（2024年7月改訂版）の要点をまとめたダイジェストです。表示は税込価格を基本としています。実際の費用は事案の特殊性・難易等により増減する場合があり、最終的には個別の委任契約書の定めが優先します。
月額制継続的な業務に対し毎月一定額をお支払い。顧問契約・外部監査人など。
時間単位制従事時間×単価で算出。原則1時間 27,500円（税込）。事前に時間分を預かる方式も可。
着手金・終了報酬制着手時に着手金、終了時に成果に応じた報酬。いずれか一方のみの設定も可能。
定額制特定業務につき総額を事前確定。重大な変更がない限り超過請求なし。
複合型上記を組み合わせる方式（例：定額制＋終了報酬、着手金＋時間単位制）。

This is a digest of the key points of our firm's Attorney's Fee Schedule (revised July 2024). Amounts are shown on a tax-included basis. Actual costs may vary depending on the particular nature and difficulty of each case, and the terms of the individual engagement agreement ultimately prevail.
01Five Fee Structures
Monthly RetainerA fixed amount paid each month for ongoing work — advisory contracts, external auditors, etc.
Hourly RateHours worked × unit rate. Standard rate ¥27,500/hour (tax incl.). Prepaid time-block arrangements are also available.
Retainer & Success FeeA retainer at the outset and/or a success fee on completion based on results. Either one alone may be set.
Fixed FeeA total fee fixed in advance for a specific service. No charges beyond the fixed amount absent a material change.
HybridA combination of the above (e.g., fixed fee + success fee, retainer + hourly rate).

The minimum for each of the retainer and the success fee is ¥220,000 (tax incl.). A 10% consumption tax is added to the above. Amounts may be adjusted for the difficulty and risk of the matter.

In addition to the above, out-of-pocket costs such as accommodation, transportation, postage, and various official fees are borne by the client. Rush delivery (within 48 hours) may incur a surcharge of roughly 50–100%.
