室蘭工業大学　防衛関連研究に係る審査委員会委員に就任しました

令和8年1月、当事務所代表弁護士　橋田幸典は、国立大学法人室蘭工業大学において、防衛を所管する公的機関等との研究に係る審査委員会の委員に就任いたしました。

デュアルユース技術や軍事転用の可能性をめぐる審査は、まさに安全保障輸出管理に精通する弁護士の知識が生きる分野です。その知見を活かし、委員として適正に職務を遂行してまいります。

Appointed to the Review Committee on Defense-Related Research at Muroran Institute of Technology

In January 2026, Yukinori Hashida, the representative attorney of our firm, was appointed as a member of the Review Committee on Research Involving Public Institutions Responsible for Defense at Muroran Institute of Technology (a National University Corporation).

The review of dual-use technologies and their potential for military application is precisely the field in which an attorney well versed in security export control can bring real value. Drawing on that expertise, he will carry out his duties as a committee member with diligence and care.
