We are pleased to announce that our firm has entered into an advisory (retainer) contract with a long-established company in the Hidaka region of Hokkaido, which owns its own mine and has for many years engaged in the extraction of mineral resources and the manufacture and sale of its products.
Under this contract, we will support the company’s activities across a broad range of areas, including day-to-day legal consultations, contract review, contractual relationships with business partners, regulatory compliance relating to mine and plant operations, corporate management and governance matters, dispute resolution, and labor issues.
