Our Representative Attorney Has Been Appointed as an Outside Director

We are pleased to announce that Yukinori Hashida, the representative attorney of our firm, has been appointed as an Outside Director of a private company in the transportation/logistics sector.

Drawing on his experience as an attorney, he will work to strengthen corporate governance, support sound decision-making by the board of directors, and help build effective legal compliance systems.
